Sadly, most foster kids are handed trash bags to put all of their belongings into when they get bounced from house to house. Foster kids get bounced from house to house on average of 14 times before they age out of the system or find permanent placement.

At the Foster the Love Event on March 2. we will decorate Sweet Case duffel bags filled with a blanket, teddy bear, coloring book with crayons, and a hygiene kit to give to foster youth to keep and take with them wherever they go.

In addition we will be assembling bicycles to provide foster youth transportation and a more fulfilling childhood experience.

For this team building event we are working with the non-profit Foster Love. Monies donated for this event also go into supporting foster youth through their different programs such as scholarships, teen shopping sprees, sibling days at Disneyland, and more. Feel free to check out their website to see how they support foster youth.
