A New District Event
Table Top Tree & Wreath Decorating Contest
Sunday, December 8, 2024 - 12:00pm to 4:00pm

A family friendly event with a little fun competition between our Rotary Clubs; while giving back to the community. DG Albert invites you to the District Holiday Festival! This family friendly event is a wreath and tabletop tree decorating contest, and includes a bounce house, games and cookie decorating for kids, nibbles and adult beverages, and lots of holiday cheer!

How does it work?

  • Register your club at rotary5280.org by purchasing your table top tree and/or wreath from us,
  • On the day of the event, bring your Club members and your holiday decorations. be creative!,
  • Start decorating while enjoying the holiday music, snacks, beverages and fellowship.
  • Judges will tally their votes for the best decorated tree and wreath.
  • Winning club(s) will be awarded 1,000 Paul Harris points each.
  • Club with the most attendees will be bestowed 5,000 paul harris points.
  • After the event, take the trees & wreaths and consider donating to a family in your community that will bring joy to their lives.

Judging Categories and Prizes include: 
Best Decorated Tree - 1,000 Paul Harris Points
Best Decorated Wreath - 1,000 Paul Harris Points
Club with Most Members in Attendance - 5,000 Paul Harris Points

Admission: Bring a gift (minimum $10 value). Gifts will be donated to the Salvation Army, Boys and Girls Club, and Ronald McDonald House
 
Prizes: 
  • 1,000 Paul Harris points will be awarded to the winners of the wreath and tree decorating contests!
  • 5, 000 Paul Harris points will be awarded to the Rotary club with the most attendees!
