OK - I'm late with my bulletin this week, I can only blame our own Amy Cuomo and Janice Prior, for a fabulous birthday celebration weekend in San Diego, which included traveling via trains and busses, meeting fun and interesting people, lovely, relaxing lodging on the water, lots of food and drink and the best concert ever on Sunday night - Air Supply! We did a lot of "building good will and better friendships"!
As we continue to follow Rotary ideals, join us to welcome our speakers and guests at our upcoming meetings. Sign in to zoom tomorrow at noon, attend our breakfast meeting on the 19th, and register for our exciting field trip to Rich Correll's Icon's of Darkness on the 26th followed by Halloween Happy Hour with District Governor, Olivia, at Boardner's in Hollywood! Be sure to sign up to volunteer at the Pumpkin Patch - once again so ably organized and run by Wendy and Scott Clifford.
Juan Carlos Quintero will be performing at the November 20th "Soul of Rotary" District Concert! He will be meeting with us over zoom to provide a preview of his style and an intimate conversation highlighting his distinguished career as a world-class guitarist and recording artist able to produce, perform and record a world of music while nurturing a signature sound.

Over 70 Rotarians, Interactors and friends gathered at last weeks luncheon to hear an amazing presentation by Rich Correll. Rich regaled us with stories of growing up with iconic Hollywood figures as neighbors, his long and active career in television and his incredible collection of horror, sci-fi and fantasy memorabilia.
