All I can say is last Saturday's 90th anniversary celebration at the Jonathan Club was fun, fun, fun! What a beautiful, classy location with fantastic food and a great group of people.
I can't thank the organizing committee enough! Amy Cuomo, Wendy Clifford and Elizabeth Watts-Russell did a sterling job keeping it simple which allowed plenty of time for guests to mingle while enjoying the fabulous cocktails and canapés. I loved the silent auction with some extraordinary items but not so many that you felt overwhelmed...and I scored some great ones!
The 50/50 raffle was won by long time Wilshire Rotarian John Miron ..... who selflessly and generously donated his winnings back to the club! Between the silent auction and the raffle we raised close to $10,000! This helps our club continue doing great work in the community. Finally, I must give my son Adam a big shout out for donating a photo booth from his company Snap Yourself. Everyone had a blast mugging for the camera. You can view all the photos using this link .

They work with students age 10-35 and volunteers age 14+. The connections they are making help fight Russia's attempts to isolate and destroy Ukraine.
"Tomorrow, a generation of English-fluent, culturally competent young Ukrainians will rebuild our nation."
