 x Community Alliance to present their views and concerns about the planned
  development.  We will have Farmers Market Director of Development\, Pete
 r Hayden and Director of Marketing\, Ilysha Bus joining us to present the 
 views of the Alliance. "The Beverly Fairfax Community Alliance is a coalit
 ion of residents and businesses who are concerned about this massive devel
 opment and its related impacts on our community\, from the enormous expans
 ion of the CBS Television City property by its new owner Hackman Capital.
  The TVC 2050 project is proposing to designate the property as a “Regi
 onal Center” like Century City and downtown Los Angeles. This has dramat
 ic implications for the future intensification of development for our enti
 re community."
